By browsing or using WaveBets you accept these terms. They are written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask before relying on it.
The service
WaveBets is a football intelligence service. We publish match predictions produced by our statistical models and AI analysts, league tables, results and a public record of how our predictions perform. We do not accept bets, hold funds or operate a bookmaker. Any wager you place happens on a third-party site and is entirely between you and them.
Predictions are probabilities, not promises
Everything we publish reflects our models' and analysts' opinions at the time of writing. Probabilities are estimates, not guarantees, and no prediction is a promise of profit. Nothing on this site is financial advice. If you choose to act on a prediction, you do so at your own risk.
Your responsibility
You must be 18 or older to use paid features, and it is your responsibility to comply with the gambling laws where you live. Betting may be illegal in some countries or regions. Only ever stake money you can afford to lose, and treat betting as entertainment, not income. If gambling stops being fun, contact a local support service such as GamCare, BeGambleAware or your national helpline.
Accounts and paid plans
Pro and Edge memberships are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period and we do not refund partial periods. Prices and plan features may change with notice on the site. Accounts are personal: do not share your login or resell access to paid content.
Acceptable use
You may browse and use the site for your own betting research. You may not scrape the site at volume, republish our predictions or record data as your own, probe or attack the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated access is allowed for search engines and polite research crawlers that respect robots.txt.
Our content
The predictions, analysis, text and design on WaveBets are our original work and protected by copyright. Sharing a link or quoting a prediction with credit is fine; reproducing substantial portions of the site is not, unless we agree in writing. If you believe something here infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us and we will address it promptly.
Third-party data and ads
Odds shown on the site come from third-party bookmakers and are provided for comparison only; they can move or be withdrawn at any time, and the price available to you may differ. The site carries third-party advertising and links to external sites we do not control. Their content and policies are theirs.
Accuracy and liability
We work hard to keep scores, tables, odds and records accurate, but we cannot guarantee the site is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, WaveBets is provided as is and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including betting losses.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. The current version always lives on this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
